Return and exchange of this product of proper quality is not provided for by law:
The company follows the Law "On Consumer Protection" in matters of return and exchange of products of proper quality.
According to the Law "On Consumer Protection," the company may refuse the consumer's request for a return or exchange of a product of proper quality if it falls into the categories listed in the current list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.

Products of proper quality that are eligible for return or exchange may be returned within 14 days of receipt by the buyer, provided that:

• the product has not been used and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;

• the product is fully complete and the original packaging is preserved;

• all tags and factory markings are intact;

• the product retains its commercial appearance and consumer properties.
